A WALMART superfan has revealed how she feeds her family of six for less than $200 a week.
Heather, a mom of four known on TikTok as mamahaydenx4, recently shared how she spends $164 a week on food for her family.
Heather, a mom of four known on TikTok as mamahaydenx4, shares her tips on social media

‘I got some produce and just some odd and end type of things we needed,’ Heather explains in the video
The advice was posted to TikTok in a one-minute and 14-second video, which the mom captioned: “Grocery shopping for my family of six! #groceryshopping #groceryhaul #groceries #walmart #haul #foodhaul #momtok #shopping #shoppinghaul #grocerybudget”
Heather documented her Walmart haul from a few months ago where she “didn’t get a lot of whole meal type of things.”
As Heather is seen placing a few packages of strawberries into her cart, she explains: “I got some produce and just some odd and end type of things we needed.
“So, strawberries, blackberries, apples, oranges, bananas. I grabbed some carrots, lettuce for salad, and bread for sandwiches – mainly for the kids.”
She also purchased “generic Nutty Butty bars,” chicken gravy, beans, Butterfingers, Goldfisher, Chippers, Jiffy blueberry muffin mix, chicken gravy mix and other types of snacks.
“Some paper plates, these turkey sausage things I really like, Lunchables for a quick lunch tomorrow, cheese, rice cakes, sour cream, and yogurt – I love these high-protein yogurts.”
Minute-maid zero-calorie juice was also placed in Heather’s cart, which she said was “to mix with Tito’s.”
Other items she purchased were milk, egg beaters, string cheese, and cereal grain bars.
Surprisingly, after all the items she places in her cart, Heather was still able to buy some pull-ups for her youngest child and Spider-Man pajamas for her twins.
And the only reason she didn’t buy a pair of shorts, seemingly for herself, was because she thought they would be “too short.”
According to the receipt Heather shared at the end of her video, she had shopped at a Walmart in Cincinnati, Ohio, and spent a total of $164.53.
The receipt revealed the mom spent just $1.24 on Dannon Oikos Pro Vanilla Greek Yogurt, 74cents on chicken gravy packs, and $2.88 per loaf of bread.
More than 70 items were listed on the receipt, which totaled $160.58 before tax.
It appears some of the products she purchased were used to make a quick dinner for her family.
In one of Heather’s most recent videos, she showed her followers what exactly she fed her kids for dinner one evening.
She fed them chili spaghetti with a side of cheese and strawberries.
Despite grocery prices continuing to rise due to inflation, shoppers are still finding ways to get a full cart for an affordable price – and some are doing it through couponing.
