THE UK might be hotter than Spain and now you have your favourite holiday snack here too.
A shopper has spotted a holiday favourite treat on supermarket shelves this week as temperatures rise.
One foodie spotted a holiday favourite snack on sale at Morrisons
Morrisons are now selling Lays crisps in its World Food aisle – a popular snack people enjoy abroad as they’re not widely available in the UK.
One foodie spotted a packet of barbeque flavour Lays at the supermarket and posted to Facebook group Newfoodsuk.
The find was a hit for other shoppers too.
One user said: “These were my favourite when I was in school. Hope more shops start selling them!”

Another wrote: “And there was me going all the way to Vegas and buying some”
And one more joked: “How much are they? Just so I can work out how many packs I can buy with the rest of my wages and how many will be acceptable to buy?”
You’ll normally find Lays crisps on sale only in other countries like the US and Europe, although they are owned by the same company as Walkers.
Now, Morrisons are selling two flavours in most UK stores – barbeque (140G) as well as mushroom and sour cream (140g).
They’re priced at £1.95 per bag.
Morrisons told SE you can buy barbeque flavoured Lays at over 300 stores nationwide, but you’ll only be able to fund mushroom and sour cream flavour at just over 180.
You can find your local Morrisons store using it’s finder tool and it could be worth ringing ahead to see if they stock them near you.
Some sites like Candymail UK offer to ship Lays here – but they charge from £2.99 per order.
But you can buy a six-pack of Walkers crisps at Morrisons for £1.35 down from £1.95, so you’re getting far more for less.
You can also nab 200g of salt and vinegar Pringles from Morrisons for £1.65 – originally £3.
Or, if you want to branch out a bit, Tesco sell a six-pack of Seabrook Sea Salted crisps for £1.35.
So if you want to treat yourself during these glorious temperatures, a cheeky packet of Lays could do the trick, but make sure you look around so you’re not missing out on any other deals.

They are not currently listed on the Morrisons website to buy online.
