LATTE LOVE: The Starbucks Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso latte is simple to make, if you get the brown sugar syrup right.
Warm 4tbsp brown sugar with ½tsp cinnamon, 1tsp vanilla essence and 6tbsp water on low heat for four to five minutes to make the syrup.
Then take a few tablespoons and shake with two shots of espresso and a handful of ice. Top the glass up with oat milk.
FRAPPE ALL DAY: Head to McDonald’s for its Belgian Chocolate Iced Frappe — or use a blender to recreate it.
Add milk, a cup of ice, scoop of vanilla ice cream, few shots of espresso and dash of caramel sauce plus some Belgian choc chips, 49p per 100g at Lidl.
Top with whipped cream to serve.
