Customers can find discounts on top brands including Barbie, Hot Wheels and Fisher Prices

The sale is on in Morrisons stores only – you won’t find the discounts online.

The supermarket has 423 stores and you can find your nearest using its store locator tool.

David Catton, toy buyer at Morrisons, said: “We’re reducing the price of our toys now to help customers spread the cost of the festive season and tick off some important jobs.”

The products on sale include a Hot Wheels racing set down from £65 to £32.50 – a saving of 50%.

And you can pick up a Super Mario Kart radio control set for £27.50, half off the usual price of £55.

Meanwhile, there’s a Play-Doh creations super colourful cafe playset on sale for £33 down from £50.

Of course, it’s always worth comparing prices when looking to buy any product.

Even though it’s on sale, it might be cheaper elsewhere, especially in the run up to Christmas when lots of retailers have sales.
