SCRUB UP: A Minky scrubbing sponge makes light work of stubborn food and drink, so it’s a great way to make your kitchen sparkle.
A Minky M Cloth is £2.79 at B&M, but social media star Mrs Hinch loves the budget M&S non-scratch cleaning sponge, which comes is just £1.05.
WASH ’N’ GO: No one likes doing the dishes but it’s much easier with good-quality washing-up liquid. Fairy MaxPower is £2 (down from £2.50) for 500ml at Asda. However the Aldi Magnum range is 95p for the same-sized bottle and has received rave reviews.
SPRAY AWAY: Dettol surface cleanser spray is known for its bacteria-busting abilities and is a favourite of many. At Tesco, you can pick it up for £1.50, but Sainsbury’s own-brand anti-bac spray went viral last year for its lemon scent and it’s only 95p.
GET A GRIP: Vanesa Amaro is known as the “Queen of TikTok Cleaning” and regularly shares tips with her 5.5million followers.
One of her hacks is to use a kitchen sink washing-up brush in the bathroom, so you can scrub away at limescale. Vanesa uses the Oxo Good Grips soap dispensing brush, £10 at amazon.co.uk.
Others have found the Dishmatic refillable brush does the same job for a lot less cash. Get one at Ocado for £2.
IT MAKES SCENTS: Mrs Hinch made all-purpose disinfectant Zoflora a household name.
The original Zoflora Linen Fresh fragrance is £1.40 for 120ml at Sainsbury’s, but many “Hinchers” are now fans of Astonish concentrated disinfectant in linen fresh, which is £1 for 300ml at Wilko.
